Directed by Ruben Fleischer and written by Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick and David Callahan Zombieland: Double Tap is the sequel to the cult hit Zombieland (2009). In this follow up Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita and Little Rock face off against evolved zombies, other survivors and each other in the American heartland.
Toruk's TakeOddly, I only think I saw Zombieland one time. I’m pretty sure I enjoyed it, it just seems that for whatever reason the stars haven’t quite aligned in a way to bring it across my path again. Nonetheless, my long term memory informs me that this sequel has the same feel and wit as the first, which is good. It looks like Woody Harrelson is going to once again steal pretty much every scene, which is fine with me since I’ve been a big fan since he was introduced on Cheers.
This won’t pull me to the theaters but I will definitely rent it as soon as its available.
