Directed by Cate Shortland and written by Jac Schaeffer and Ned Benson Black Widow follows Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) as she finds herself forced to confront her past and a dangerous new threat alone.
Jac Schaeffer…remember her? If not you should catch up. Having that information might explain a few oddities when one sees this…which I’m sure many will. As for the trailer. I thought the ‘sister’ fight that smashed up the kitchen was pointless and silly. It has David Harbour in it…whom I despise. It doesn’t help that his character is unfunny and moronic in the trailer and probably the entire film. All and all it feels like those preliminary fights before the main event. But in the case of the Marvel Cinematic Universe they have no more main events…only preliminary fights.Toruk's Take
