Street Fighter: Genesis (2020 Movie) – Official Trailer

So here’s a trailer for a Street Fighter ‘movie’ by Moving Box Studios. I don’t know if this is  a ‘real’ movie or a fan film…possibly somewhere in-between. Whichever the case, it’s interesting to say the least.

Leonardo DiCaprio May Star In Guillermo del Toro’s Nightmare Alley

Mega-actor Leonardo DiCaprio is in negotiations to star in the adaptation of the William Lindsay Gresham novel Nightmare Alley. The story, about a con-man who teams up with a female psychiatrist to con people for money, will be directed by del Toro from a screenplay by del Toro and Kim Morgan.

Brave man.

Not sure I would go anywhere near del Toro after his latest projects. The Shape Of Water was so bad I couldn’t finish it. Given I have OCD, that’s saying something. Horrible film. Awful film. A real stink-a-Rooney.

The original novel takes place at a second rate carnival and actually sounds more interesting than what they’re pitching. Maybe one day someone will do a story that closer reflects the author’s vision…nah.

Nigerian Brothers Sue Smollett’s Lawyers For Defamation

Abel and Ola Osundairo, the two brothers who worked with Jussie (Juicy) Smollett to forge a fake hate crime, are suing Smollett’s attorneys Mark Geragos, Tina Glandian and their law firm for defamation.

Essentially, the lawsuit amounts to Jussie Smollett is a big fat liar and his slimy lawyers tried to make the brothers seem like they were the bad guys who were apparently homophobic and racist to boot. They vigorously denounce this characterization of events and their person. They assert he came to them, used his clout and promises of this and that to get them to go along with this dastardly plan. Yada yada yada.

Smollett is world class trash, this we all know, but the brothers should have known better. When you lie down with dogs you’re bound to get fleas.
