A little bit of news from the quirky sector. If you’re big on the Super Sentai Superhero franchise this might be right up your alley. Toei Animation has put together a new installment called Hero Mama League featuring the cast of
three previous Super Sentai series:
Nao Nagasawa (Hurricane Blue) from Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanegar (2002).
Ayumi Knoshita (Deka Yellow) from Tokusatsu Sentai Dekaranger (2004).
Ayumi Beppu (Magi Pink) from Mahou Sentai Magiranger (2005).
These beauties supposedly retired and became full time moms. But It looks like it’s time to put the dirty clothes in the hamper and squeeze those butts into some tight outfits because as the great Bulletproof once said: “It’s Crime Fighting Time”.
What the hell did I just watch? I don’t know but I like that one of the mom’s decided to put on a stripper pose for the glam shot. This looks like a cross between an infomercial, a game show, and a superhero movie. Gotta love those Japanese. Really need to go there one day.
Hero Mama League begins May 13th.
