Warner Brother has released the latest (and perhaps final?) trailer for the Justice League movie directed by Zack Snyder…and Joss Whedon.
DC superhero movies have long been criticized for their dark and somber (some might say dour) take on the genre. This looks like a response to those criticisms. Lots of jokey jokes and go-bro moments, winks, nods, and smirks. I don’t have a problem with it as long as the story makes sense, the action is top-tier, and the big bad (Steppenwolf in this case) brings the pain.
Okay…Aquaman has me a little concerned. Fingers crossed!
Justice League starring Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa and many, more will be rolling into theaters with big smiles November 17th.
