Avengers Star Lexi Rabe Asks That People Not Bully Her

Lexi Rabe, the young actress who played Tony Stark’s daughter Morgan in Avengers Endgame was apparently being bullied. Last week she made an Instagram video asking that people stop bullying her and her family.

The incident is said to stem from the fact that she didn’t stop to take a picture with a fan. After the post, the actress, who is only seven years old, received lots of support from the Internet. Her mother Jessica alluded in her posting that this wasn’t the first time that Lexi had been bullied.

I hate that we even have to post this. But yet again Lexi’s getting bullied. And this kind of thing makes it celebrities never want to leave the house never want to meet people. Please keep your opinions to yourself so Lexi can grow up in the free world. She’s a normal human being and she’s a child. We give her a talking and we give her timeouts but we don’t do that in public. Sometimes were rushing from place to place stressed like everyone else to get to set on time or work or whatever and we seem a little grumpy. I’m sorry if you see us this way but that’s life! If you ask us for an autograph we always almost say yes. If we happen to be having a bad day that might put us right on the right! We are not perfect! These perfect children are not being given the freedoms and the rights that they should. If your child is so scared to be themselves in public and mess up a little then you’re over parenting. We give our children plenty of rules and boundaries But then give them the freedoms to mess up and learn from their own mistakes. They would not be on set an on movies if they weren’t well behaved. Trust me they have no desire to hire kids like that! And there were plenty of children that productions can work with. So if you see us in public and think you have the right to judge. Wait. Number one until you have children of your own, and Number two realize that we’re not perfect and we’re not claiming to be! But just try to realize the different strokes for different folks what you do with your kids may work for you and what I do with my kids works well for me. My children love me and respect me even if they act out sometimes. Thank you! Jessica!

But is there more to this story than some vapid adult who didn’t get a chance to take a selfie with a seven year old?

According to Bounding into Comics this other bullying may stem from another reason altogether. They report that some MCU fans may be upset with her because of the possibility that Morgan will be taking over the mantle of Iron-Man in the MCU thus

‘whitewashing’ Riri Wiliams. The source of this claim, MovieWeb doesn’t provide any examples of people attacking Lexi for this so who knows whether or not it is simply just a rumor.

It wouldn’t be surprising if this was the case as it wouldn’t be the first time

the left have attacked children.The two individuals below seem particularly upset about the variation of the Riri character in the recently released cartoon Marvel Rising: Heart of Iron.

One wonders if these folks would have that same energy when it comes to characters like, say, Mary Jane Watson. My philosophy when it comes to race-bending is don’t do it. Ever. But I’ve noticed that many people aren’t as consistent, especially when it comes to pushing their agenda. Interestingly, I hear Riri Wiliams is a horrible character so I hope they wind up using her ‘kinky hair and full lips’ an all, in the upcoming films. The sooner this new phase of the MCU tanks the better.

Regarding Lexi, hounding a seven year, whatever the reason is all kinds of low and those who do it should be shunned and/or violently throttled in public.
