Directed by Jeff Wadlow and written by Jillian Jacobs, Chris Roach, and Wadlow this supernatural horror based on the 1977 television series sees Mr. Roarke (played by Michael Peña) turn his guests’ dreams into nightmares from which they must solve in order to escape with their lives.
Toruk's TakeI don’t know whoever got the idea into their head that Michael Peña and ‘horror’ mix on any level whatsoever. The guy is practically a midget and still has baby fat at the age of 44. He looks like a pouting brown Cherub.
Please, whichever Hollywood executive you are…put down the crack pipe, it is never going to happen.
As for this…movie. This may not even beat the ‘horror’ library currently on Netflix as watching fodder. Which is saying something, because that library is pure, unadulterated trash.
