According to Variety, Community alumni Gillian Jacobs and Joel McHale will guest star in the upcoming second season of The Twilight Zone. Jacobs will appear in the episode titled Meet in the Middle, along with Jimmi Simpson (House of Cards, Westworld). McHale will star in the episode called merely 8.
Variety announced titles and guest stars for several other episodes of The Twilight Zone’s second season. The Who of You will feature Ethan Embry (Sneaky Pete, Grace and Frankie), Daniel Sunjata (Graceland, Notorious), and Billy Porter (Pose). Jenna Elfman (Dharma & Greg) and Chris Meloni (Happy!) will star in A Human Face. Newcomers Abbie Hern and Sophia Macy will play leads in Among the Untrodden. And finally, Morena Baccarin Gotham, Homeland), Colman Domingo (Lincoln, Selma), and Tony Hale (Arrested Development, Veep) will star in the episode Downtime. This last episode will also be written by filmmaker Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us), producer and host of this most recent iteration of Rod Serling’s famous 1950s anthology series. There are, as yet, no plot summaries for the episodes of the show’s upcoming season.
The second season of The Twilight Zone will air sometime later this year on CBS All Access.
