Toruk's TakeI almost forgot about this movie. Actually I did forget about this movie.
At first I was a little puzzled as to why I did that, considering I was a big fan of the book and was actually excited that they were
making an adaptation from. I noticed they had a ‘final’ trailer out so I put it on…and then it all came back to me.
The SJWs had gotten to it. The rats had broken through the wrapper of a once tasty treat and had contaminated it with their germs.
Race-bending. An authoritarian power move done in the name of fostering ‘diversity and inclusion’. In actuality its true aim is cold and nefarious.
I really need to finish my essay on this subject. I need to finish a lot of things.
99.9% of the time if don’t respect the material enough to preserve the characters birth states than you aren’t going to do the story justice.
I’m betting that this is going to follow that pattern, Mike Flanagan be damned.
Doctor Sleep starring Ewan McGregor, Rebecca Ferguson, Bruce Greenwood, Carl Lumbly and Kyliegh Curran enters theaters October 30th.
