HBO has released an official teaser for its new Watchmen series created by Damon Lindelof.
Toruk's Take Some may recall that I actually like Zack Snyder’s Watchmen. What can I say, I thought it worked. I uhm, do not like Damon Lindelof and his work. My expectation for this series could not get any lower if I tried. But let’s see where this goes…. Oh boy. My spider-sense is tingling all over the place with this one. So everyone wearing the Rorschach mask is white….fluke or deliberate? American Flag in the back…so these are good guys, right? They better be good guys. If this is going the direction my spider-sense is telling me this is going to be a dumpster fire of epic proportions.
Watchmen starring Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Hong Chau, Andrew Howard, Tom Mison, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing, and James Wolk debuts on HBO this fall.
