PC fans have been waiting for years to get their hands on Halo and finally Microsoft just announced Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming to PC. The collection will launch on Steam as well as the Microsoft Store. Halo: Reach is also being added to The Master Chief Collection. The titles will be released in stages with each game coming out one-by-one over time, the first being Reach. The rest of the games will be released in chronological order with: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST (campaign) and then Halo 4.
What’s great about the game coming to Steam is the huge audience it will be able to reach that will hopefully breathe some fresh life back into the Halo series. It looks like there’s only two questions remaining, will this slow down Halo Infinite at all and when is Halo coming to the PlayStation and Switch?
Just kidding with that last one.
Sort of.
