The Walking Dead Ratings Plummet

When I heard that they were going to kill off Carl Grimes I said to myself…‘what’s this nonsense?’ and decided I wouldn’t bother continuing with the series when the next season appeared on Netflix. When a show decides to kill off a character who is supposed to continue the legacy of his father of rebuilding civilization after the zombie apocalypse…you know it’s time to go. The fact that Andrew Lincoln decided to leave the show as well pretty much confirmed what my little canary had already told me…this turkey is dead.

I truly wonder what goes through the heads of the people who run these shows sometimes. One thing I do know, one thing that has been true for as long as creatures have walked the planet…it’s that stupidity comes in waves.

Let’s take this moment to look at probably my absolute favorite scene (of the ones that I’ve seen) in remembrance of when this show was truly great.

Maybe one day when I have the time I’ll write about why I think this scene is so damn awesome.
