So, on August 19th Asia Argento…actress, director and one of the spearheaders of the #metoo movement was reported (by the New York Times) to have paid off former actor Jimmy Bennett (Jimmy two takes) who accused her of sexually assaulting him when he was 17 years old.
Argento released a statement that she in fact did not have sex with Jimmy Bennett and that her partner at the time Anthony Bourdain encouraged her to pay Bennett off ($380,000) in order to avoid negative publicity.

However, yesterday TMZ released a series of text and a photo of Argento and Bennett in bed which seem to contradict her assertion of events.

Bennett issued a statement to CNN Wednesday through his attorney:
“I did not initially speak out about my story because I chose to handle it in private with the person who wronged me. My trauma resurfaced as she came out as a victim herself,” Bennett’s statement read in part. “I was underage when the event took place, and I tried to seek justice in a way that made sense to me at the time because I was not ready to deal with the ramifications of my story becoming public. At the time I believed there was still a stigma to being in the situation as a male in our society.”

You know Asia…I’ve always considered myself a fairly liberal guy. Three years ago you having sex with a 17 year old wouldn’t have drawn much of my attention…but I really, really despise SJWs and the regressive left.
