Directed by Patty Jenkins and written by Jenkins, Geof Johns and David Callaham, Wonder Woman 1984 is the sequel to 2017’s Wonder Woman which finds Diana in conflict with two new villains Maxwell Lord and Barbara Minerva aka: Cheetah.
Toruk's TakeI’m loving the Steve Trevor scenes and Gal looks wonderful as always (except maybe that gold outfit, not really feeling that darlin).
However, I heard this strange rumor that evil in this film was supposed to be “Capitalism” and that some President Trump was attacked in a representative sense. I really hope they don’t screw up what looks to be a solid B+ superhero film with idiotic political drivel.
Guess we’ll find out.
Wonder Woman 1984 starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wig, Pedro Pascal, Robin Wright, and Connie Nielsen is set for release October 2.
